30-day manufacturing-defect warranty

NEUBOLTZ products carry a limited warranty for manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery, subject to verification and proof of purchase.

What is excluded

Ruptured, physically damaged, broken or scratched products are not covered by this limited warranty. Wear and damage caused after delivery are not manufacturing defects.

How to request assistance

Contact support@neuboltz.com with your order reference, product details, delivery date and a description of the defect. Support may request photographs and proof of purchase. Wait for instructions before sending a product back.

Registration

Warranty registration records your purchase for support. It does not extend the 30-day period, approve coverage automatically or limit rights provided by law.
