Product information and availability

Catalog concepts are clearly labelled and cannot be purchased. For products offered for sale, review the final description, compatibility, price, stock status and warranty information on the product page before ordering. Images may differ slightly due to screen settings.

Orders and payment

Prices and applicable charges are shown before order placement. Online payments are processed by Razorpay when enabled. Payment confirmation alone does not confirm dispatch; we will provide order status through your account. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange the applicable refund.

Shipping

Prepaid orders ship free. Cash-on-delivery orders carry a ₹100 charge per order. Serviceability and any delivery estimate are confirmed at checkout. See the shipping policy.

Warranty and after-sales requests

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. Physical damage, ruptures, breakage and scratches are excluded. Returns and replacements are handled under the published policy and applicable consumer rights.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit misleading claims or use the site for unlawful purposes.
