Shipping policy

Delivery charges

Prepaid orders: free shipping. Cash-on-delivery orders: ₹100 charge per order. The charge is calculated in checkout when COD is selected.

Serviceability and dispatch

Delivery serviceability is checked using your delivery address. Dispatch and delivery estimates will be shown when confirmed. We do not publish unverified nationwide delivery promises.

Tracking

Use the order-tracking page with your order number and billing email, or sign in to your account. Carrier tracking appears after the dispatch details have been added.
